After we receive your order we will contact you to verify your chosen product and information, as well as instruct you how to send us the needed reference material. You will be sent an invoice for payment through PayPal and no work will be done until the invoice is paid in full.
From your input we will choose one of our staff artists that best fits your requested style. Under extradordinary circumstances, we may hire a freelance artist to complete your job if we feel their style better fits your project.
You will receive small thumbnail images/layouts to approve. This ensures we are on the right track from the get go. For cover or poster artwork you will receive 3 thumbnail variations to choose from. The amount of detail is different for every artist. Some may be gesture drawings and some artists prefer much more detail.
You will next be sent finished to rough penciled artwork to approve. This is the last stage any major changes can be made.
After completion the finished black and white/gray artwork will be sent for approval. After this stage only color changes can be made.
The final artwork will be sent to you for approval along with a document to sign agreeing that the artwork is to your liking. Small color changes can be made, but please understand, color harmony is important and any specific color requests should be made before any coloring begins.
Depending on the level of detail, medium of your project and country/location, you should expect to receive your finished product 30 to 60 business days from the date of your order being processed. We will immediately communicate any known delays if this is not the case.
